Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. These guardrails keep the studio running on time and ensure every patient receives thoughtful prep and follow-up.
Respect the time & keep the room ready
Need to move your time?
Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Requests inside that window may incur a $100 late-change fee so we can keep the schedule balanced.
If you miss the slot
Missed appointments or cancellations within six hours are charged $50. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment going forward.
Arrive ready
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you're more than 10 minutes late we'll do our best to accommodate, but we may need to shorten or rebook to protect the next client's time.
Flexible but accountable
- Monthly dues bill on the day you enroll.
- Members still follow the cancellation policy above.
- Pause/cancel memberships with 30 days written notice. Credits remain active for 12 months.

Life happens
If you're ill, on antibiotics, or had a medical emergency, let us know immediately. Documented medical reasons may qualify for a waived fee.
