A valid card or prepaid membership credit is required to book injectable, facial, or skin renewal services. Select treatments require a $100 deposit applied toward your visit at checkout.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. These guardrails keep the studio running on time and ensure every patient receives thoughtful prep and follow-up.

Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Requests inside that window may incur a $100 late-change fee so we can keep the schedule balanced.
Missed appointments or cancellations within six hours are charged $150 (or forfeit the booking deposit). Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment going forward.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you’re more than 10 minutes late we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we may need to shorten or rebook to protect the next client’s time.

If you’re ill, on antibiotics, or had a medical emergency, let us know immediately. Documented medical reasons may qualify for a waived fee.
