Cancel Anytime
No contracts. No penalties. Cancel whenever you want. We believe in earning your loyalty through results — not locking you in.

Balance Expiration
Accumulated wallet balance expires at the end of each calendar year. We encourage you to treat yourself — that's what your membership is for.

What's the one-time enrollment fee for? +
The $99 enrollment fee covers your account setup and gives you immediate access to all member benefits. It's a one-time charge — your monthly membership fee is separate and goes directly into your wallet.
Can I use my wallet balance on anything? +
Yes — your wallet balance can be used on any treatment, skincare product, or retail purchase at Bleu MedSpa. It's your money, held for you to use when you're ready.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership? +
Yes. You can change your membership tier at any time. Ask Katie or our team and we'll make the adjustment on your next billing cycle.
Does the Botox discount apply on top of the member pricing? +
Botox is excluded from the percentage discount but has its own member pricing at $11/unit (vs. $12 standard). All other services receive the tier discount.
What happens if I cancel mid-year? +
You keep any wallet balance already accumulated — those funds don't disappear when you cancel. Remaining balance must be used before end of the calendar year.
